Brian has over twenty eight years of experience in business process outsourcing. He has held positions as the Vice President of Transformation, Operations, Account Management, and the Senior Vice President of Philippines Operations for Convergys(BPO), IBEX(BPO), and Goji(On-line Auto Insurance).

Maria has an extremely valuable perspective having grown up in Leyte, Philippines attending college in Manila, and living in the United States working for an On-line Insurance office.
