Brian has over thirty years of experience in the BPO industry. He has held positions as the Vice President of Transformation, Operations, Account Management, and the Senior Vice President of Philippines Operations for Convergys, IBEX, and Goji.


Maria Aiza Alfabete, Co-Owner - SVP of HR

Maria has an extremely valuable perspective having attended college in Manila, and living in the United States working for an On-line Insurance office. This gives her the unique ability to help support our Philippine staff and educate them on the important nuances of doing business in America.
